REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in business studies / administration
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in production planning
- Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage
- Meticulous & proficiency in Microsoft applications i.e. Outlook, MS words, Excel, Power Point
- Good interpersonal skill and able to work well with all levels
- Proactive and good problem solving skills
- Able to communicate in Chinese language
RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for Production Planning
- Responsible for Raw materials and packaging materials planning and ordering
- Perform monthly material consumption analysis based on Sales Forecast
- Responsible for forecasting of raw & packaging materials
- Liase with major suppliers on materials availability for efficient planning purposes
- Perform sales tax exemption renewal & new application
