FLEET TRANSPORTATION MANAGER ( CHERAS , MNC COMPANY)

• Assign and plan drivers to daily collections and deliveries while ensuring proper start times are maintained
• Communicate daily with all dispatch, drivers and members of general public, providing assistance where required
• Maintain drivers discipline on scheduled duty turn up
• Conduct drivers counseling and motivation
• Daily monitoring on the cleanliness, appearance and condition of vehicles and review of pre delivery inspection checklist
• review daily work to ensure assignments have been attended to 
• Assist in the training of drivers relating to company policies and procedures
• Review all vehicle asssigments and routes with Fleet Admin and Operation manager
• Monitor, investigate and document all driver performane activities
• Must possess good leadership skill
• Willing to take pressure and not racist (treats everyone equally attitude)

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CHERAS.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
