ENGINEER/SERVICE TECHNICIAN/R&D (FRESH GRADS,1-3YRS EXP)-VARIOUS LOCATION

***Work Location: Kuala Lumpur/Shah Alam/Subang Jaya/Petaling Jaya/Port Klang/Seremban/Batu Pahat/Senai

1.Responsibilities for Service Engineer: (Subang Jaya,Batu Pahat) ~ RM 2500 - RM 3500

• Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery,equipment, pipe and electrical systems in commercial or industrial establishments by performing the following duties.
• Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
• General servicing of machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discuss machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
• Dismantles/repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
• Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings,gears, and other parts of machinery.
• Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
• Inspect/check of lay out, assembles,installs, and maintains pipe systems andrelated hydraulic and pneumatic equipment,and repairs and replaces gauges, valves,pressure regulators, and related equipment.
• Installs, programs, or repairs automated machinery and equipment such as programmable controllers.
• General report writing for internal and external customers.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (Service Engineer).
• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Service Technician).
• Min 2 years experience in service, installation, site commissioning related.
• Knowledge of compressed air systems is an advantage.
• Dynamic and able to adapt in a  fast- paced environment.
• Team player as well as the ability to work independently.
• Possess  an authorize & valid local driving License.

2.Responsibilities for Service Engineer (Waste Water Treatment Plant) : (Senai,Johor) ~ RM 3000 - RM 4000

• Services include but not limited to technical advise,system monitoring and maintenance, troubleshooting, piping & repairing job.
• To ensure subordinate follow company,customer rules,practices, manage subordinate to perform necessary job task effectively (meeting quality, agreed time line & within budgeted cost).
• Ensure all data/info recorded in the monitoring checklist timely,prepare Preventive Maintenance(PM) planning & execution,analyzing all data collected in the monitoring checklist, carry out daily job task planning,ensure good housekeeping and advise customer for parts, plant or system improvement and the best practices.
• Fast respond to troubleshoot system abnormality, report & advice customer on system abnormality and to inform & advise customer for parts, plant or system abnormality and suggest actions or the best practices to customer.
• Submit the report timely (according to agreed date line) to customer, call monthly meeting (according to agreed date line) to discuss on monthly report, AR & issue arise, ensure Job order / work order completed with Service Report & necessary document, carry out  “On Job Training”  to technician at side and when necessary and task assigned by superior / HOD as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering preferred.
• 1 -3 years experience in managing IETS & RODI Plant/ Water Treatment.
• CePIETSO competent certificate.
• Able to troubleshooting system independently.
• Possess good leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Senai,Johor.

3.Responsibilities for Technician (Waste Water Treatment): (Port Klang) ~ RM 1500 - RM 2000

• Monitor PLC system to do neutralization of water treatment.
• Focusing on water treatment system.
• Handling for an electrical job.
• Trouble shooting skills.

Requirements:

• Must have experience 2years to 3years in water treatment or electrical field.
• Minimum Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates with excellent skill and knowledge in PLC System are prefered.
• Wiling to work in shift hours.
• Possess own transport.
• WIlling to work at Port Klang, Selangor.

4. Responsibilities for Assistant Service Engineer: (Subang) ~ RM 1800 - RM 2000

• Provide the technical support for automation products.
• Project testing & commissioning of automation products.
• Documents submission & stocks arrangement for automation products to customer.

Requirement:

• Minimum at least Cert/Diploma in Electrical &Electronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• PREFER CHINESE MALE CANDIDATES (required to liaise with clients from CHINA).
• Independent, team player with strong analytical skills.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel.

5.Responsibilities for R&D team : (Kuala Lumpur) ~ RM 2000 - RM 2200

• Ensure new product meets product specification, to budget, on time , to meet the target production costs, to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure product designed or redesigns meeting agreed specification and schedules
• Ensure existing products must be maintained and necessary test procedures and test setups in place before production commences Investigate problem arise
• To determine root cause and recommend viable solution.

Requirements:

• Must have Diploma/Advance in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh Graduated are preferred.
• Willing to work in Berjaya Times Square,Kuala Lumpur.
• Possess own transport.

6.Responsibilities for Technical Support (Winder/Fitter/Assembler) : (Shah Alam) ~ RM 1200 - RM 1400

• Assembling the motors, fitting and winding the machines.
• Technical support.
• Other ad hoc jobs from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in E&E, Mechanical,Mechatronic Engineering with a good results.
• Fresh graduates preferred with a basic in assembler/fitter/winder are preferred.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to travel.
• Full training provided.

7.Responsibilities for Service Technician: (Seremban,Petaling Jaya) ~ RM 1300 - RM 1500

• Repairing and maintenance.
• Provide technical support and liaise with customers.
• Maintenance & safekeeping of all tools provided by the company.
• Provide after sales service to  in-warranty and out-warranty complaints.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• Technically oriented with good analytical skills.
• Mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• May be required to travel outstation as and when directed.
• Wiling to relocated in Seremban/Petaling Jaya.
• Possess own transport.
