RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be an entry position for candidates who wish to develop their career in sales, marketing or distribution.
•Dealing with customer calls requiring information, sales promotion, & dispute resolution.
•Provide Sales administration services and support to sales & customers.
•Perform
order entry (SO), order acknowledgement, track and trace all customers'
change orders & update in system, coordinate shipment and follow up
with customers on sales order.
•Need to ensure the order enter
within time frame according to the company procedure and maintain
appropriate Sales order report.
•Follow up and monitor customer's request date from time to time for ensure to meet on time delivery.
•Handle day-to-day customers' enquiries / complaint, respond and action accordingly in order to meet customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate
activities with warehouse on shipment/delivery arrangement and outgoing
shipment/delivery discrepancy or any Sales support issue on an as
needed basis.
•Support other member during their leave with the team.
•Complete supporting paperwork & data entry as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.
Provide forwarding/ logistics solutions to customers and guide the
customer on shipping, customs clearance and logistics matter.
2. Prepare documentation, maintain records, coordinate all shipping related activities and schedule pickups with trucking companies.
3. To manage and service customer’s needs.
4. Handle sales order processing; assign and verify shipping documentation prior to shipment loading operations.
5. Perform administrative duties, including preparing quotations, invoicing, data entry and maintenance of data in our system.
6. Coordinating shipment between warehouse, branches/ offices, forwarding agents, carriers and customers.
7. Prepare and update weekly/ monthly report.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in DAMANSARA UPTOWN/ SHAH ALAM.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
