CUSTOMER SERVICE / CALL CENTRE - Fresh/Junior (Near KTM / 5 Days Normal Hours)

POSITION: Customer Service Representative - Call Centre
OFFICE LOCATION: Section 51, PJ
SALARY: Basic (Starting from RM2500) + allowance + KPI Incentive (Up to RM800)

REPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer telephone calls from customers with professional attitude and in line with call quality and productivity requirements.
  • Handle customer requests or problem shipments through tracing system effectively.
  • Handle complaints from customer from time to time.
  • Process order placement through various company system.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in system.
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a STPM/A-Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Customer oriented mindset, efficient, 'can do' attitude, team player
  • Proficiency in computer software like MS Office, typing.
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in Chinese.
  • FRESH GRADUATE are ENCOURAGED to APPLY.
  • Candidate with at least 1 year Customer Service/Call Centre working experience is an added advantage.
  • Comprehensive training will be provided.
  • 5 days Normal Working Hours
