1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ Levels / SPM qualifications / LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Accounting or other related qualifications.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in related field. (FRESH GRADUATES are encouraged to apply)
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written)
- Required skill(s): Ms. Excel & Ms. Word
- Able to handle partial / full-set accounts
- Able to work independently & high adaptability in different situations
RESPONSIILITIES:
- Ensure all daily transactions are recorded and updated in the specific records within deadline
- Responsible for filing the accounting documents in timely & accurate manner
- To assist in the Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
- To check & monitor cash book for companies and payment collection from the customers
- Prepare monthly Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation Reports
- To assist in inventory adjustment, quarterly or yearly stock takes if required
- Training will be provided
2. ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / Finance or equivalent
- At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu (both oral & written)
- Required skill(s): Ms. Office, Ms. Word, SAP, UBS, EMAS, Navision, IFCA, SUN
- Must be computer literate
- Able to handle full-set accounts & knowledge in GST would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated & able to work with minimum supervision
- Responsible in handling full set of accounts / partial accounts (AP, AR / or Fixed Assets, Petty Cash & monthly closing)
- Assisting in the daily accounting / operational matters and the preparation of Management accounts & report
- Maintain an efficient control system of filling, records, communication and correspondence
- To observe and assist the implementation of internal control procedure of the Companies
- To manage and coordinate the GST implementation during the transition & post implementation period
- To prepare tax computation and tax estimate monthly / yearly for the Companies
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- To liaise with the external outsider (bank, auditor, supplier & customer)
