Title: Sales Specialist
Position Level: Fresh / Junior (1-3yrs exp)
Product: Chemicals & Laboratory Solutions
Location: Petaling Jaya / Johor / Sabah (Kota Kinabalu)

Salary Range: RM2500-RM3500 + allowances + incentives/commission + good company benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to handle dedicated segment sales performance for nationwide sales coverage to meet team and company's set financial objectives.
• Meeting and exceeding the sales target.
• Planning, organizing and implementation of business development and expansion initiatives.
• Manage and achieve the set KPI for the responsible segment/s.
• Support and execute approved business development programs.
• Market information gathering, up-dating, analyzing and reporting initiative.
• Implement customers' retention, expansion and relationship management programs.
• Develop and efficient management of key accounts and segments for business expansion initiative.
• Yearly strategic business development and expansion plans for responsible segment/s.
• To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Biology, Chemistry, Science & Technology, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives with Chemistry background specializing in Sales - Corporate / Government or equivalent in the Chemicals/similar industry.
• Fresh graduates with Chemistry background and passion in sales are encouraged to apply.
• Candidate's qualification (Diploma/Degree) must be at least CGPA 3.0 and above / 2nd Class Upper.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Posses own transport and willing to travel outstation.
• 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
