PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (3-4YRS EXP,METAL STAMPING/MANUFACTURING)-BATU CAVES

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR :

• Supervise the overall production job.
• Ensuring all performance issues are dealt with in a constructive and prompt manner.
• Liaising with warehousing, quality assurance,and other relevant parties to ensure prompt shipment of product.
• Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports company’s policy, and the appropriate regulations.
• Manpower planning.

REQUIREMENT :

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in any engineering field.
• Min 3 year to 4 years experience in metal stamping indutries or related field.
• Must have an experience in supervisory capacity. 
• Good knowledge of regulatory requirements,housekeeping, health and safety.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Position type: Permanent

**Salary: RM 2000 - RM 4000 (based on experience)
**Location: Batu Caves
