1. Recruiting and staffing logistics;
2. Performance management and improvement tracking systems;
3. Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;
4. Assisting with employee relations;
5. Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping;
6. Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system; and
7. Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handles full spectrum of Human Resource functions which includes Payroll, Claims Processing, Recruitment, ER/IR, and all other related tasks related to HR operations.
• Ensure compliance and liaise with relevant government agencies on related HR statutory requirements.
• To prepare and coordinate all training needs for all employees as well as customers.
• To prepare and coordinate all related Human Resources activities.
• Manage Human Resources Management System and ensuring data integrity, accuracy and up-to-date.
• Formulation and Implementation of induction and orientation programs, appraisals and evaluation systems, rewards systems, job scopes and responsibilities, etc.
• Monitor HR Standard Operating Procedures and Key Performance Indexes.
• Prepare various HR reports.

-To ensure IT Support is in good manner.
-Conduct orientation program for new recruits.
-Monitoring of staff confirmation.
-Conduct exit interview and ensure all company’s belonging are returned before staff leaving the company.
-Prepare HR Documents and reports.
-Responsible for printing of staff ID Tag and namecard.
-To follow up on the job training and job description of new employee.
- Responsible for petrol card application.
-Update employee contact listing.
-Maintain company website, storage and employee’s email.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): recruitment, payroll, TRAINING.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA DAMANSARA & SUBANG JAYA.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
