[Fresh/Jr] CUSTOMER SERVICE_CALL CENTRE (MNC; 5 days work - normal hours)

Location: Petaling Jaya
Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8.30am to 6pm

Salary Package: RM2000-RM3200 + good company benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answering services to customers by telephone on ordering, inquiry, and complaint handling.
  • Answer telephone calls from customers with professional attitude.
  • Handle customer requests or problem effectively.
  • Handle complaints from customer from time to time,
  • Carry out service recovery and try to mitigate customer’s level of unhappiness with required soft skills
  • Process order placement through company system efficiently.
  • Create and maintain customers services related information promptly and correctly
  • Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service / Call Centre is required for this position.
  • Fresh graduate with passion in Customer Service / Call Centre are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service / Call Centre or equivalent.
  • Possess own transport.
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
