Working Hours: Monday to Friday only, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary Package: RM2000-RM3200 + good company benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answering services to customers by telephone on ordering, inquiry, and complaint handling.
- Answer telephone calls from customers with professional attitude.
- Handle customer requests or problem effectively.
- Handle complaints from customer from time to time,
- Carry out service recovery and try to mitigate customer’s level of unhappiness with required soft skills
- Process order placement through company system efficiently.
- Create and maintain customers services related information promptly and correctly
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Customer Service / Call Centre is required for this position.
- Fresh graduate with passion in Customer Service / Call Centre are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service / Call Centre or equivalent.
- Possess own transport.
- 3 Full-Time position(s) available.
