CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER ( THAI SPEAKER, NON SHIFT)

- Assist in coaching and developing a team of Customer Support Rep and actively participate
in contribute to as well as align customer service delivery to meet agreed service level and targets
- Employ effective methods to develop team cohesiveness, increase employee motivation and satisfaction and reduce staff churn
- Develop and implement timely solutions toresolve customer complaints escalated by team members
- Assist in managing performance and employee conduct in terms of company policy
- Maintain operational proficiency insystems, processes and procedures and beavailable to answer incoming calls when required
- develop and maintain effective relationships with key personnel
- Assist in recruitment
- Supervising staff and overseeing team operations whilst Team manager is unavailable
- Continually seek improvement in efficiency through reviewing and changing any practice
- Candidate
must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any
field.
- Required language(s): English, Thai
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA / DAMANSARA.
- Can consider Thai nationality
- Familiar in Call Centre Technology
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
