CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER ( THAI SPEAKER, NON SHIFT)

  • Assist in coaching and developing a team of Customer Support Rep and actively participate
    in contribute to as well as align customer service delivery to meet agreed service level and targets
  • Employ effective methods to develop team cohesiveness, increase employee motivation and satisfaction and reduce staff churn
  • Develop and implement timely solutions toresolve customer complaints escalated by team members
  • Assist in managing performance and employee  conduct in terms of company policy
  • Maintain operational proficiency insystems, processes and procedures and beavailable to answer incoming calls when required
  • develop and maintain effective relationships with key personnel 
  • Assist in recruitment
  • Supervising staff and overseeing team operations whilst Team manager is unavailable
  • Continually seek improvement in efficiency through reviewing and changing any practice

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Thai
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA / DAMANSARA.
  • Can consider Thai nationality 
  • Familiar in Call Centre Technology
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
