ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT/ EXECUTIVE- RM1500-RM3500, (VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

REQUIREMENTS: ---

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in general and full set accounting; with sound knowledge in accounting principles / Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply. 
• Minimum SPM, LCCI,CAT, Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance, ACCA or equivalent
• High adaptability to changes and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
• Meticulous, patient, with good organizing skills
• Able to handle FULL-SET ACCOUNTS or PARTIAL ACCOUNTS (AR, AP, GL) - either bookkeeping, invoice, fixed assets and petty cash, reconciliation.
• Salary range= RM1500-RM3500

RESPONSIBILITIES: ---

• Responsible of accounts receivable and/or accounts payable function to enable the company to receive and pay on time 
• Assist in coordinating and completing the month end and year end book close
• Maintain and control petty cash payments and reimbursements and perform any there duties assigned from time to time
• Assist in fixed asset and inventory management in financial book
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time 
• Handle AR, AP, GL, monthly management reports & monthly closing
• Involve in ad-hoc assignments when required
