PROJECT ENGINEER (CIVIL/CONSTRUCTION;RM2500-RM5500) - GOMBAK/SHAH ALAM/PENANG

1. Job Responsibilities for Project Engineer (FRESH Grads, OR Min 1 year to 4 years working experience in Civil/Construction/ Pipe Jacking, Gombak - Selangor):-

• Co-ordinate and supervise project execution plans for the implementation of civil and structure work from project initiation, planning, commissioning and handover.
• Interaction with client, consultant, supplier and government agencies.
• Monitor and analyze the project including quality, schedule, cost and changes.
• Provide professional measures for technical matters.
• Closely monitor services provided by vendors and contractor and make timely instruction.
• Summarize project progress and review project schedule.

Requirements:

• Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil /Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent) and have knowledge on Civil Engineering Basic Design.
• Required language (s) : English and Mandarin.
• At least 1 - 4 year(s) of working experience in the civil / structural / infrastructure / geotechnical works. Knowledge in pipe jacking, pipe bursting and cured in place pipe is an added advantage.
• Experience in using Microsoft Project / Primavera software.
• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
• Willing to work in Gombak, Selangor.

2. Job Responsibilities forCivil Project Engineer (FRESH Grads, OR Min 4 years to 6 years working experience in Civil/Construction, Shah Alam - Selangor):-

•  Responsible for carrying out all the necessary facilities engineering design functions required for concept development.
• Ensure all drawings and material are in accordance with that of client specifications and standards, including all applicable codes and regulations.
• Assist in review of scope of work, meeting and implement identified actions.
• Liaising with relevant professional staff monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by contractors.
• Managing projects, and inspecting properties to check conditions/foundations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 4 years to 6 years working experience in industrial building, commercial or factory building.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam.

3. Job Responsibilities forCivil Project Engineer (Min 3 years to 6 years working experience in Water Treatment/Sewerage, Juru - PENANG):-

•      To involve in the kick of meeting and work on the approved IPAF & proposal from P&A dept.
• To monitor project activities and coordinate works at site.
• To ensure product quality meets company quality standards and timely delivery.
• Monitor all projects to ensure that the projects are implemented in full compliance with the safety guidelines.
• To lead and supervise a team of engineers for projects depending on customer requirement.
• Ensure the projects meets the minimum quality standards expected by of the client.
• Ensure minimal defect and re-work by ensuring quality requirements are met and to ensure all NCRs are promptly closed.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with the quality requirements and to reprimand subcontractors who do not comply accordingly.
• To work closely with Finance on cash flow monitoring and with Sales for accurate invoicing purpose.
• Maintain good rapport and close relationship with clients, consultants, contractors and government authorities etc to ensure smooth and efficient implementation to project.
• To liaise with procurement and logistic on equipment, subcon arrangement.
• To act as a Project Manager for assigned project.
• To work with EC project as and when required.
• To meet all requirement as stated in the SOP document.
• To update ISO requirements based on complaints, budget and schedule.
• To work with Service Operations, provide on site training - Service contract awarded.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
• Minimum 3-6 years working experience in Managing IETS Plant.
• Proficient in problem solving, plan / strategize project agenda.
• Must be willing to travel and work in out station.
• Willing to work in Penang.
