RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible in sourcing for goods and services for SCM, sales and HR department.
• Additional requirements are to assist Procurement Manager in sourcing for other related categories as and when required.
• Ensuring both demand owner and suppliers are adhering to procurement SOP when making requisitions and products supply respectively.
• Continuous in identify new items for cost saving / cost improvement purposes.
• Monitor supplier performance through product quality, on-time delivery and service level supplied.
• Liaise closely with both demand owner and supplier to ensure requisition is consolidated within the stipulate timeframe.
• Maintain suppliers’ data, purchase record, contract information and other documentations properly and traceability at all times.
• Perform various reports on monthly basis.
• Responsible to perform PR, SD, PO issuance and GR notes both manually and in system for all purchases in the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
