GM ~ HEAD OF CONTRACT DEPT (15-17yrs Exp in Construction/Civil) - GOMBAK

Responsibilities:

• To lead the Contract Department to manage the pre and post contract administration.  
• Supervision of contract department staff.
• Negotiate with clients and subcontractors pertaining to the projects.

Requirements:

• Degree / Masters in Quantity Surveying/Building/Civil Engineering.
• MUST have minimum of 15 years to 17 years of experience in QS work.
• Experience in managing infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
• Capable of handling contract administration, construction claims, legal and contractual issues.
• Good knowledge in construction standard operating procedures.
• Strong leadership skill.
• Good at multitasking.
• Positive attitude.
• Age range below 45 years old is preferred.
• Able to communicate fluently in Chinese or English preferred.
• Must possess own transport.
• WILLING to travel and relocate within Malaysia.

SALARY:RM 15,000 - RM 18,000
