PROJECT EXECUTIVE (2-5yrs Experience in Development/Planning/Developer) - PJ

Responsibilities:

• To assist manager in charge for coordinating with consultant teams for all the relevant matters pertaining to the project planning and development.
• To assist manager in charge for coordination with the project’s team consultant on the design development matters.
• To assist manager in charge for updating relevant project’s information.
• To assist manager in charge for coordination with the project’s team on all works in the implementation stages.
• Undertake any other tasks as and when assigned by the company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering and Building Technology.
• Minimum 2 years to 5 years of working experience in a developer / development or in planning.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work under minimum supervision, responsible, team player.
• Able to liaise with government authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Possess own transport.
