MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Trade)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the strategy execution and ongoing management of leads generation process for acquisition, upsell and cross sell to achieve campaign objectives via efficient and appropriate use of communication, approach and messaging via best mix of online and offline media and timely and accurately.
- Working with a team, this experienced, results driven demand generation programs individual will build short and long term communication & trade plans designed to drive sales opportunities for the company.
- Actively participate and initiate demand generation marketing communications activities but not limited to :- propose advertising materials and electronic presentations; web site design and management; creation and execution of direct email and regular mail promotional campaigns; selection of external media channels (magazines, direct mail, web sites, directories, seminars); placement of advertising in selected publications.
- Beyond measuring the success of individual campaigns, will lead cross-campaign demand generation learning—what works, what doesn’t, and how we need to change our approach to reach out and generate interest/leads across the company.
- Drives campaign measurement and learning agendas that provide accuracies on different measures of campaign performance, with the time and insight. Successful execution requires strong conceptual thinking skills, analytical, focus on operational excellence, and effective executive communication capabilities.
- Leading development of the Trade Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all segments.
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and lead generation initiatives.
- Leading efforts to leverage the Brand Positioning and solidify the company's superiority presence through our trade partners, concept stores and their showrooms.
- Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and execution of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs
- Other task/s as and when assigned by company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience in trade marketing/campaign background is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (Advertising & Promotion)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To implement regional-led and local-initiated marketing activities to support brand building, service enhancement and sales acquisitions
- To implement advertising and promotional activities to promote company activities in the country
- To maintain pricing structure, implement discount policies and approval process
- To analyze sales figures and provide support for sales acquisitions
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs
- Facilitate and support local market researches
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years’ experience related to marketing, advertising and promotion
- Working experience in logistics industry is preferred
- Good team management capability, good team spirit, strong responsibility, be able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and local language
