REQUIREMENT
- Certificate, Diploma, Degree holder or above in Human Resource management or equivalent
- 2-4 years of HR experience, able to speak English/Mandarin/Malay
- Familiar in using MS Office, payroll, familiar with Malaysian labour law
- Meticulous, diplomatic, firm and able to communicate with people of all levels
- Must be willing to work in either one of the locations: USJ 1, Petaling Jaya, Menara UOA Bangsar, Shah Alam
RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in the recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Maintain employee personal files and confidential records
- Handle leave, monthly attendance and training administration
- Prepare employment-related letters and general documentation
- Support the monthly payroll processing, OT verification and reports
- Answer employee query and feedback with regards to HR related issues
- Keep updated on Malaysia labour law and any government announcements
- Responsible for timely submission of statutory reports and ensure compliance
- Liaison and correspondence with statutory bodies i.e. Labour Office, KWSP-EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, on monthly contribution or tax related matters.
- Manage group medical insurance renewal and employee gift request
- Ensure positive employee relations and build good relationships
- Other ad-hoc HR projects or duties as assigned
