**POSITION TYPE: 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT
Job Description:
- To understand Project policy for safety,schedule, cost and quality and support Project Manager to achieve them on all site activities.
- To coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
- To check for discrepancy between design and construction drawings.
- To ensure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials etc.
- To liaise with subcontractors/suppliers and customers.
- To check, supervise and report on the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.
- To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures when required.
- To monitor and periodically report to the Project Manager the project’s progress status at the interval as directed by the Project Manager.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- MUST be able to communicate fluently in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- MUST have minimum 5 years to 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- MUST have experience in construction field as site engineer, especially experience with commercial buildings (shopping complex/shoplots), factory and industrial buildings.
- MUST have experience with 'finishing works' for Bukit Mertajam positions.
- Possess own transport.
- Position type: 1 Year Renewable Contract.
- Able to work in Shah Alam (Selangor).
- MUST be able to start work immediately.
--Salary: RM3000 - RM5500
