ORDER MANAGEMENT MANAGER (PJ/ RM7000)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Order approval & Entry into SAP system.
• Assist customer credit management and control.
• Coordinating with sales for stock allocation issues.
• Order commitment to sales.
• Order fulfillment. Coordinating with logistic for shipping and follow-up on delivery.
• Stock ordering to supplier. Coordinating with BSA/ suppliers for stock availability and managing ATP provided.
• Back order management.
• Assist in Contract Management
• Generating and distributing management information reports such as order fill rate, availability of stock, inventory ageing, back orders, etc.
• Assist BSA in developing inventory guideline periodically.
• Achieve KPIs, develop procedure to ensure continuous improvement for OM team.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
• Performs any other related duties as and when directed by superior.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): SAP.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
