Job Descriptions:
- Ensure accuracy of data in the inventory system
- Process spare parts orders
- Check stock balance and stock availability
- Handle spare parts enquiries
- To ensure stock of spare parts is in optimal level
- To provide price estimates to the customers via phone and fax
- Provide follow up on unfulfilled orders from factories as well as submitting claims to the factories on parts that is to be exchanged or replaced
- Good communication skills
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in RAJA CHULAN.
- No work experience required.
