HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (ISO 9001:2008)

REQUIREMENT
  • Qualifications: Preferably with Cert, Diploma, Degree in HRM or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years & above in Training & Development, full spectrum of HR
  • Language: Chinese, English
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills, out spoken personality
  • Must possess good knowledge in Labour Law & Employment Act
  • Applicants must be able to work in ONE of the following location:
    • Glenmarie, Shah Alam
    • Jalan Kilang, Petaling Jaya
RESPONSIBILITY
  • Responsible in Training & Development tasks such as analyze, drafting of TNA, planning training budget & calendar, training tools & programmes
  • Coordinating external trainings, conducting internal training if necessary
  • Supporting in payroll, recruitment matters, leave & general administrations
  • Generating monthly reports, manpower reports etc
  • Attending to foreign worker’s matters, IR, ER
  • Acting as Document Controller & ensuring ISO compliance
