ENGINEERING MANAGER (RM5000-RM8000;CERAMIC INDUSTRY) - JOHOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage & lead a team of executive,supervisors, mechanics, technicians and electricians in maintaining, upkeeping and carry out continuous improvement for plant machineries and equipments.
• Review, propose and implement timely engineering projects.
• Overseeing and ensure overall plant machineries maintenance (mechanical/electrical/instrument), plant
  facilities and Building Maintenance.
• Manage the overall project initiative including providing cost effective Technical expertise/solutions and coordinating with various manufacturing units to ensure timely project approval.
• Collaborate with procurement to provide potential supplier and ensure  strict compliance to Co policy on Supplier Management.
• Coordinate the overall project implementation initiative with various equipment installation, maintenance and staff training.
• Manage the overall project administration activities including budgeting, compliance reporting and people management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• MUST have minimum 5 years to 7 years of working experience in managerial capacity required for this position.
• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) implementation & QMS ISO 2000 experience is an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge of Osha & Environmental regulations is required.
• Strong leadership skills with good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to drive for results and improvement.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
• Possess own transport.

* Salary range: RM5000 - RM8000
