SITE ENGINEER (SENIOR,CIVIL/CONSTRUCTION,RM3000-RM5500)-SHAH ALAM

***POSITION TYPE: 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT

***EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 5years to 7years working experience in Construction.

Job Description:

• To support Project Manager, and to understand project policy for safety, schedule, cost and quality, and be able to achieve them on all site activities.
• Handle all the coordination of the various trades in relation to all the works.
• To check and verify for any discrepancy between design and construction drawings.
• Make sure the constructions are as per approved design and use of materials etc.
• Liaising with subcontractors/suppliers and customers.
• Checking, supervising and reporting on the performance of the subcontractors and suppliers.
• To jointly prepare with the specialist subcontractors, the various work method statements and/or Safe Operating Procedures.
• Monitoring and periodically reporting to the Project Manager in regards to the project’s progress status.
• To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
• Implementing all policies, activities,procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Management Systems.
• Undertaking any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• MUST have minimum 5 years to 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• MUST have experience in a construction field as site engineer especially on industrial buildings or commercial buildings (shopping complex).
• Contract position(s) only. Based on project. 
• Able to communicate in Chinese and English preferred.
• Must possess own transport.
