Marketing Executive, KL
Basic (RM2500 - RM3500) + Commission & incentive given is based on sales performance

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up projects by meeting owners, end users, consultants, agencies and main contractors as necessary.
  • Provide product specifications to designers or consultants to be included in tender / product design brief.
  • Market and promote specific product assigned by the company.
  • Provide feedback on general market conditions.
  • Maintain and uphold excellent relationship between the company and the customer.
  • Follow up on new and existing sales leads.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Higher in any field.
  • Min. 1 year project marketing / sales experience.
  • Must be result orientated, aggressive, committed and proactive.
  • Possess good communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Reasonable command in English language.
  • Age to be between 25 to 35 years old.

Project Sales Engineer, PJ
Basic + Fixed Allowance  (RM3500 - RM5000) + sales commission & travel allowance

Responsibilities:
  • Manage project sales activities to M&E/ELV/SI Contractors, Main-cons, and Developers in sales activities.
  • Promote products and spec-in to Electrical Consultants, Main-cons, Developers and End-users.
  • Basic technical knowledge and support to all level of customers in sales activities.
  • To support on Sound & Communication systems design and configuration for sales activities.
  • Cost control and management of project sales business.
  • Responsibility to collect payment from customers.
  • Collect and analyze market & competitor’s information and feedback to management.
  • Execute any ad-hoc matters given by Superior or Management
Requirements:
  • Possess at least Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Candidate must have initiative, responsible, self motivated and interpersonal skill.
  • Candidate with 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
  • Candidate with background experience from ELV/Audio Visual /Public Address industries is an added advantage. (Not mandatory)
  • Possess own transportation and willing to travel outstation.
  • Preferably age below 45.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and able to communicate in Chinese dialect.

Sales / Marketing Executive, KL
RM2500 - RM3500

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the development and performance of all marketing and sales activities
  • Establish plan and strategies to expand the customer base and to achieve a sales target
  • To update and improve marketing tools
  • To monitor sales profit and source more competitive products to compete in aspects of pricing

Requirements:
  • SPM with Mathematic credit/Diploma in Marketing, Business, Interior Design or Engineering or its equivalent
  • 1 year working experience in sales/marketing/building materials industry (kitchen/fire protection/ decorative architectural products)
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and other various dialects is an added advantage
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Words & Excel
  • Possess own transport

Business Development & Marketing Executive, Selayang
Basic RM2500-RM4000 + Commission

Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Sales & Marketing or Business Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of architectural or construction products selling experience
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin and Malay.
  • Positive attitude and resourceful.
  • Able to work independently and diligently.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Technical or mechanical aptitude.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office other relevant software.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop a customer and prospect database.
  • Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agree with company budges, sales volumes, values, product and timescales.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone, internet, attending exhibitions and road shows and other means or marketing medium.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing stuff.
  • Carry out research on market, competitors and customer surveys.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company function necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development.
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
  • To meet with sales targets with minimum supervision.
  • Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.
  • Any other task to be assigned as and when required.
