HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE - AMPANG/SUBANG/ PETALING JAYA/JOHOR BAHRU (Up to RM5000)

REQUIREMENT:
  • Qualification: SPM, Diploma & Degree holder is welcomed to apply
  • Experience: Preferably applicants with working experience 2 - 5 years
  • Language: Chinese & English
  • Skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Excel, (optional skills: EPE, UBS, SAP, Timesoft, BOSS, Orisoft, Quickpay, Pivot, vlookup)
  • Attitude: Willing to learn, able to work extra hours if necessary, able to meet deadline
  • Position available at the moment:
    • Jln Ampang - HR Executive x3 (RM5000); minimum 3 years experience in HR (Generalist, Recruitment & Analyst)
    • Subang Jaya - HR Executive (RM3000); fresh grads or with working experience
    • Johor Bahru - HR Senior Executive (RM3000); must possess payroll experience 3 years
    • Kelana Jaya - HR & Admin Assistant (RM2000); prefer matured candidate

RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Recruitment:
    • Manpower planning & report
    • Recruitment & Selection full cycle
    • Talent retention & exit interviews
  • Compensations & Benefits:
    • Payroll, benefits revision & restructuring
    • Mantain & prepare relevant statutory reports
  • Administrations:
    • Performance appraisal, Annual salary reveal, AWS
    • Monthly, quarterly & annual report
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned
