FINANCE MANAGER (Construction background) | RM7000-RM9500

 Responsibilities:

• To support General Manager with reports, analysis and planning and work closely with heads of departments in ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Preparation of Financial and data analysis reports necessary to support General Manager & heads of department in their operational decision making
• Responsible in budget and forecast planning for effective execution of plans
• Cash flow report & plan to ensure proper cash utilization and availability of funds.
• To review and implement policies & standard operating procedures to ensure strong financial and internal controls, together with internal audit
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
• Coordinate yearly audit and external auditors, tax agents relating to the preparation of the final accounts and tax matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum Accounting Degree Holder with professional qualification such as CIMA / MIA
• At least 12 years of experience in related field, preferably in construction industry
• Computer literacy with MS office
• Possess good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Committed, dynamic and enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure

Salary Range: RM7000 - RM9500
