SENIOR HR MANAGER (HOD) - PJ & KL

REQUIREMENT
  • Minimum Diploma, Degree, Master holders in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Preferably someone with at least  8 years experience in HR field, & possess minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager or above
  • Preferably candidate that is good in English communications & able to communicate in Chinese language. Advantage to female applicants
  • Must possess solid experience in human resource management, full spectrum in general HR & administrations
  • Good working attitude, leadership skills, able to work hard & strive for excellence in work
  • Willing & able to work in Lorong P.Ramlee (current company located in Phileo Damansara & will be moving to KL end of the year) - RM15,000 negotiable
     

RESPONSIBILITY
  • Lead the effective management of the human resources of the Organization and ensure compliance to HR best practices with policies procedures and guidelines
  • Provide the full spectrum of HR services such as staffing, recruitment activities, compensation and benefits, performance management, leave management, disciplinary and counseling, employee relation, staff training and other HR functions.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure compliance to statutory requirement.
  • Assist in developing and ensuring the compliance of the Company's policies, procedures and rules and regulations by the employees.
  • Ensure staff database are properly updated in systems. To organize proper record keeping and filling of staff correspondences and documents.
  • Responsible for office general administration tasks.
  • Handle other related duties as Management may require from time to time. E.g. team building program, incentive trip, family day, salary survey, etc.
