QA/QC ENGINEER & QA ASSISTANT (JUNIOR/SENIOR,RM1000-RM3500) - SELANGOR

1. Job Responsibilities for QA/QC Engineer position (Min 3years to 5years Working Experience in Electronic and Manufacturing Industry; Subang):

• In place a system to measure factory’s performance and report on its findings,liaising with managers and staff and coordinating procedures to address any deficiencies.
• Formulate quality policies and procedures as well as conducting training on quality concepts and tools.
• Interface with all other engineering components within the company and with customers and suppliers on quality related issues.
• Ensuring that products leaving manufacturing and factory are fully operational, effective, reliable and free from defects.
• To develop and implement quality management systems in manufacturing.
• To analyse, identify and implement manufacturing and business process improvements which will improve capability and performance.
• To create and maintain company documentation, such as quality manuals and quality procedures.
• To handle customers complaint.
• To present monthly quality performance report of factory in monthly management meeting.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess minimum a Bachelor Degree Mechanical/Mechatronic/E&E/ Chemical Engineering or in any Engineering field.
• At least 2 years to 3 years of relevant working experience as QA/QC Engineer.
• MUST be able to speak in Mandarin and Cantonese language.
• Prefer Male candidates and CHINESE candidates only.
• Possess own transport.
• Willing to work in Subang.

2. Job Responsibilities for QA Assistant (Min 1 year to 2 years Working Experience in FOOD Manufacture, Shah Alam):

• To monitor and control product quality.
• Carry out QC test, and monitor control of product quality.
• Maintain food safety documentations and other administrative tasks.
• To work closely with QA Manager, and assist with other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / STPM / Professional Cert / Diploma in Food Technology, Nutrition, Mechanical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum at least 1 year to 2 years experience in lab testing and food manufacturing.
• Knowledge in GMP, HACCP & ISO is an added advantage.
• Able to adapt to challenging working environment and long hours duty if required.
• Assertive, self-initiative, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam.

3. Job Responsibilities for QA Assistant (Min 1 year Wroking Experience in Manufacturing, Shah Alam):-

• Responsible in running the quality control system and procedures set up by the management.
• To check and ensure incoming products and finished products comply with the quality standard.
• To ensure the factory and production area is clean and in good condition.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment, quality control.
• Quality Assurance knowledge
• Prefer Malay only.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam.

**Salary: RM1500 - RM1900

4. Job Responsibilities for QA Engineer (Fresh Graduates Preferred, or 1 Year Working Exp in semicon, Degree in Chemical Engineering, Shah Alam):-

• Customer service and handling complaints.
• Technical support for QC gate, and new outgoing methodology.
• Site matching and product transfer.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Fresh grads PREFERRED.
• Min 1 year working experience with semicon,or with chemical background.
• Possess own transport.
• MUST be able to speak in Mandarin and CHINESE candidates ONLY.
• Willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Salary: RM2000 - RM2200

5. Job Responsibilities for QA/QC Process Tech (Fresh Grads, or 1 Year Working Exp in Manufacturing, Diploma/Degree, Puchong:-

• Receiving and checking of parts/components and store keeping of these parts/components.
• Looking after the store for stock IN/OUT recording to production or Assembly work request.
• Maintenance of store like storekeeping work.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Advanced Diploma in Mechanical/Mechatronic in Engineering.
• Fresh Graduates preferred.
• Min 1 year experience in similar field.
• Knowledge of materials -metal/plastic, material fabrication and treatment procedures.
• Able to read technical drawings, machine and assembly drawings.
• Computer savvy, MS office, excel.
• Data entry and record keeping.
• Willing to work in Puchong.
• Possess own transport.
• Prefer MALE candidates.
