REQUIREMENT
- Age: 30yrs old & above
- Qualifications: Diploma in any field
- Experience: 3 years in administrations, advantage to applicants in relevant property field
- Personality: Matured & able to multitask, friendly
- Own transport: Yes. Glenmarie area is not reachable by public transport
- Commitment: Able to work OT once or twice a year during project launching, weekends or Public Holiday (seldom)
- Language: Must be good in English & able to communicate in Malay
- Reporting to Property Manager
RESPONSIBILITY
Job nature: Admin, after sales, customer service
- Admin tasks such as filing, documentations, drafting letters, replying emails & answering phone calls from time to time
- Main tasks is to entertain & liaise with purchasers (of properties), extending after sales services
- Sometimes need to go to showroom & oversee the workflow & progress
- Reporting requests from purchasers, generating sales report, launching report etc
- Attending project meetings
**Admin Assistant in Legal Department available, fresh or
with some working experience (RM1500 -RM2000, commensurate with workjing
experience). MUST be good in English communications)
