REQUIREMENT
- Possess at least a Diploma or higher in Human Resource Management ,Social Science , Business Management or equivalent
- At least with 1 - 5 years of working experience in the Human Resource role
- Attention to details ,accuracy and able to meet tight dateline
- Good interpersonal skills, good communications skill in English
- Good in Employee relations , team player

- HR Executive (General HR & Payroll) - Kelana Jaya, PJ - RM3500 & below
- HR Senior Executive (General HR) - Kota Damansara, PJ - RM5500
RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage Offer of Employment - Issuance of letters and tracking of staff confirmation
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, manpower planning
- Processing & planning of yearly training calendar, accessing TNA, coodinating internal & external training
- Handling full spectrum of payroll, claims, commissions & OT
- Administration, maintain and prepare Government statutory report such as EPF and SOCSO
- Administer of Annual Performance Appraisal, annual salary review, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Variable Bonus/Scheme payment exercise
- Verification of data entries in HR Computerize system
- Involvement in HR Planning ie. (1) Manpower Planning and Salary Phasing (2) HR OP Plan submission
- Responsible to prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc HR reports
- Manage Staff Exit Process. Maintain the Master copy of Personnel Policy, Terms & Conditions of employment, HR Guidelines
