orderly parking of our customers’ cars by the technical staff.

· Responsible meeting company budgeted revenue & profitability
through the management of total warehouse and dispatch operation.
Ensure the customer service deliverables are met and sustainable achievement.
• Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
· Participate in contract negotiation and renewals and address
operational considerations. This include efficiently evaluate cost of
transportation, service and inventory within budget /distribution
strategy.
· Work closely with Operation/Technical/Sales
Commercial Management to improve profitability yield.Ensure the customer service deliverables are met and sustainable achievement.
· Support and implement company initiatives to achieve operational
excellence especially in development both company’s and customers’ annual budget
& forecast, KPIs, cost saving and operational
productivity initiatives.
· Required to handle technical details relate to
possibly local/international transportation such as custom regulations and any
necessary documentations.
· Establish and enhance existing customer relationship and address
customer complain through periodic meeting to review current operations.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Junior)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Senior)
- Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA,KL.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
