TEMPORARY ACCOUNTS / FINANCE (4-6 MONTHS, ~URGENT POST~, MAX - RM5,000)

1) Position: Temp Accounts
     Location: Taman Jaya, Amcorp Mall
     Duration: Aug 2014- End of Nov 2014
     Working days: 5
     Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
     Salary: RM 1,600~RM 2,000
     Description:
    - Diploma / Degree in accounts
    - Familiar in UBS
    - handle partial accounts job role
2) Position: Assistant Manager Projects
     Location: Jalan Raja Chulan
     Duration: 6 Months
     Working days: 5
     Working Hours: 8.30am-5.15pm
     Salary: RM 4,000- RM 5,000
     
 Description:
 Experience - Financial accounting background, experience with implementation of financial system will be an advantage. A mature, task oriented person who can work independently as well as ability to communicate well with other stakeholders.
Key roles are to :-
lead the implementation of the e-procurement system in Finance, working with the vendor to ensure that the business requirements (process flow/controls/approvals etc) are successfully implemented and conducting UAT to validate the results are as planned oversea the GST implementation - based on gap analysis to define the action plans required, implementing these actions plans working closely with stakeholders and project team, amend the finance policy and procedures to reflect the GST
3) Position: Temporary Finance Assistant
     Location: Damansara Uptown
     Duration: 6 Months
     Working days: 5
     Working Hours: 8.30am-6.00pm
     Salary: RM1,000~ RM 2,000
     REQUIREMENT:
     -Diploma / Degree in Accounting or Finance with or without working experience.
4) Position: Temporary Credit Control Assistant/ Executive
     Location: Plaza 33, P.J
     Duration: 4 Months
     Working days: 5
     Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm
     Salary: RM1,000~ RM 2,500
Requirements:
1) Minimum possess at least Diploma.
2) At least 2 years working experience in Credit Control / Collection / Accounts Receivable.
2) Possess experience in using SAP and proficient in MS Office are highly desire

Work Scope:
1) Calling customer for collection and follow up persistently until payment is collected.
2) Working closely with sales team and customers to determine appropriate resolution to payment issues.
3) Prompt respond to the customers' inquiries on discrepancy in pricing, non-receipt goods, missing invoices, etc.
4) Investigate and analyze past due accounts to determine appropriate course of action.
5) Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues
6) Review daily for correspondence and payments which may have an immediate impact to past due receivables
7) Handling local checks receipt
- Handle basic accounting or finance issues
- Handle partial accouting
Location available :  Petaling Jaya /  Damansara / KL Jalan Raja Chulan , etc
Salary Package : Fresh : RM1200 - RM2500
                          Experience : RM2500 - RM5000
*Candidate must able to commit for minimum for 4 months. Chances of extension or convert to permanent if performance is good*
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia.
