TECHNICAL ENGINEER ASST (PREFER FEMALE)- DAMANSARA UTAMA

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years working experiences in related field.
• Air Conditioning - Basic Maintenance and Repair skills
• Basic technical and report writing skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to start work immediately.
• 5 days working ( Mon - Fri )
• Willing to work in Selangor / Johor.
• PREFER FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY.

Responsibilities:

• To perform supportive roles to Service Operations Engineers
• To provide customer service to all customers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction
• To provide regular feedback to Service Field Executive in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operations
• To assist Service Operations Engineers in the pursuit of service sales target and payment collection
• To build up relationships with contract and non contract customers
• To ensure accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast
• To maintain high morale among service department staffs
• To promote service sales leads to Service Operations Engineer
