(1). INTERIOR DESIGNER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (FRESH GRADUATES) ~ PJ, SELANGOR:-

• To work on design proposal and drawing documentation.
• To prepare drawings include 3D perspective and layout plans.
• To supervise and coordinate with all relevant personnel within the design and project team.
• To act as main liaison with clients on the assigned projects until completion.

 

Job Requirements:-

• Diploma in Interior Design / Bachelor Degree of Interior Design/Interior Architecture
• Proficient in 3D Studio Max, Adobe PhotoShop and AutoCad
• Creative and innovative
• MUST be able to communicate in Chinese.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel.
• Must possess own transport.
• Must be willing to work in Selangor area.

(2). INTERIOR DESIGNER JOB RESPONSIBILITES (2 YEARS - 4 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) ~ SELAYANG, SELANGOR:

• Review job files for information necessary to provide design and specifications services by contacting clients to gain additional information.
• Prepare shop drawings, including development of solutions to differentiate between product designs or the application and actual field conditions.
• Provide technical and layout assistance to customers.
• Maintain drawing accuracy with the CAD area.
• Lay out of designs based on discussions with clients.
• Update drawing bank to reflect current designs, create new and revise blocks to expedite the drawing process.
• Assist in the maintenance of the drawing control.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to verify drawings.
• Attend site meeting as and when required.
• To provide graphic design support to marketing department such as brochures, company profile, webpage and etc.
• Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or other relevant qualifications
• MUST be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• MUST have minimum 2 years to 4 years working experience in related field
• Background in architectural or shop drawings reading.
• Organised and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and other relevant softwares.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prefer Female and CHINESE candidates only.
• Willing to travel.
• Possess own transport.
• Must be willing to work in Selayang.
