RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Fully responsible or assist in handling full set of accounts
- Responsible for daily and monthly transactions of General Ledger, Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables including matching vendors invoice, vendors payment & journal entries.
- Prepare daily cash flow & bank reconciliation.
- Preparing the necessary weekly, monthly & yearly reporting and any adhoc reporting as when required by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of experience for Accounts Assistant (Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply) ; 2-3years experience and able to handle full set accounts for Accounts Executive
- Mature, independent and able to complete task within tight deadlines
- Able to work long hours when required
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
