PROJECT MANAGER (MIN 4-7 YRS WORKING EXPERIENCE /CONSTRUCTION /CIVIL /BUILDING ) - SELANGOR

1.       Project Manager

 (Min 5 years to 7 years working experience in Construction/Civil/Building/Water Treatment-PJ)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all project activities to ensure compliance with the project works program, A/QC, safety and specific requirements as well as to achieve timely completion of the works and within allocated budget.
• Manage the entire project team including contract, logistics, and construction, engages and manages specialist consultants as required.
• Manage the master program, procurement and trade letting schedule and monitors the Project Engineer progress against the critical path.
• Prepares method statements for major tasks and manages safety, QA/QC documentation to maintain the company’s quality standards.
• Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, relevant required documentation and presentations to B.O.D.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Minimum 5 years to 7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position,
  preferably Senior Managers Specializing in Engineering – Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent
• Excellent in project planning and scheduling, computer literate and proficient in MS Project.
• Proactive, results-oriented, strong technical competence, good interpersonal skills and with a “can-do” attitude as well as strong commercial and business acumen.
• Proficient in English, and / or second language.
• Able to travel outstation & based in Kota Bahru.

Company Working Hours Requirement & Info:-

*Monday – Thursday : Based in KL HQ Office
*Friday : Come back to our Branch Office Kota Bahru
*Saturday : 1st & 3rd Saturday Off

2.Project Manager

 (Min 3 years to 6 years working experience in Construction/Buidling/Civil - Subang)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate will be responsible for project planning, project implementation, project evaluation and project management.
• To ensure all technical requirements are met and constructed with highest quality.
• Able to interact with project team, consultant, contractors, client and suppliers.
• Able to plan and manage site progress independently.
• Able to manage site staff effectively.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering/ Quantity
  Surveyor/Others Engineering field.
• Able communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Minimum 3 years - 6 years relevant working experience  with exposure of site environment.
• Able to lead and supervise site personnel and co-ordinate with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good communication, negotiation and site implement skills.
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.

- ALL POSITION TYPE: Permanent

- SALARY RANGE: RM4000 - RM10,000 (depend on skills and experiences)
