(1). INTERIOR DESIGNER (FRESH GRADUATES PREFERRED) ~ PJ, SELANGOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare design proposal, layout plans, 3D drawing and searching materials for presentation.
• To assist in various design projects undertaken by the company.
• Understanding client briefs and concept options as per client's requirement.
• To attend relevant project meeting, site meeting, coordination meeting and site visits.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Architecture, or Interior Design only.
• Fresh graduates preferred.
• MUST be able to communicate in Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Possess own transport.
• Able to start work immediately.

(2). INTERIOR DESIGNER (2 YEARS - 4 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED) ~ SELAYANG, SELANGOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITES

• Review job files for information necessary to provide design and specifications services by contacting clients to gain additional information.
• Prepare shop drawings, including development of solutions to differentiate between product designs or the application and actual field conditions.
• Provide technical and layout assistance to customers.
• Maintain drawing accuracy with the CAD area.
• Lay out of designs based on discussions with clients.
• Update drawing bank to reflect current designs, create new and revise blocks to expedite the drawing process.
• Assist in the maintenance of the drawing control.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants to verify drawings.
• Attend site meeting as and when required.
• To provide graphic design support to marketing department such as brochures, company profile, webpage and etc.
• Any other task to be assigned as and when required.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Interior Design or other relevant qualifications
• MUST be able to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• MUST have minimum 2 years to 3 years working experience in related field
• Background in architectural or shop drawings reading.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude.
• Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCad and other relevant softwares.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Prefer Female candidates only.
• Willing to travel.
• Possess own transport.
• Must be willing to work in Selayang.
