- Diploma in Building/Engineering/Construction/QS or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building materials sales, preferably in steel building industry.
- Technically sound in architectural and structural material requirement.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and CHINESE.
- Good knowledge and understanding of current market material values.
- Travelling is required – to cover Sales regionally.
- Sales force for Poultry Building “One Stop Solution”
- Conduct presentation to potential client.
- Develop new business opportunities by creating a new customer base for the company and maintain close relationships with potential & existing customers.
- Closing and negotiation of contracts.
- Submission of reports on customer visits and actions require
