SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (RM3500-4500) > SS16, SUBANG JAYA

Job Requirements

• Must be at least LCCI / Diploma or Degree in Accounting / ACCA or other relevant accounting qualification
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field with 3 years in similar role is required for this position.
• Strong accounting background, preferably with knowledge of M/IFRS (Malaysia/International Financial Reporting Standards)
• Presentable, excellent communication skills, passionate and result orientated.
• Able to command in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese speaking will be added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in SS16, Subang Jaya (Near Subang Parade).

Job Responsibilities

BENEFITS: ANNUAL INCREMENT & PERFORMANCE BONUS (TWICE) + OTHER ALLOWANCES

• Responsible on AR Management, monthly closing & involve in financial reporting.
• Process invoices, reconciliation, journal entries, credit and debit notes.
• Monitor of overdue accounts and follow up on late payment.
• Handle quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes.
• Monitor internal controls, co-ordinate audit activities and carry out tax planning.
• Support and manage secretarial matters, liaise with internal and external auditors.
• Liaise with all departments, suppliers and customers in payment, collection & invoice matters.
• Report to Finance Manager.
