Job Requirements


MARKETING COORDINATOR (RM2500) - JALAN SEGAMBUT
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level,
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates is acceptable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with ERP System / Machine Parts and Mechanical Fittings and Accessories would be an added advantage
  • Must be able to work and manage the store independently
  • Preferably Chinese speaking male only
  • Willing & able to work on Saturday, halfday
MARKETING SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (RM3000) - GLENMARIE
  • Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or
  • Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 2 to 3 years working experience with exposure on dealing with principal on Purchase, Sales and Inventory matters.
  • Age between 24 to 30 years old.
  • Able to initiate, plan and monitor sales & marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with marketing information.
SALES COORDINATOR (RM2500) - KAPAR, KLANG
  • Qualification: SPM & above
  • Able to accept fresh grads
  • Matured personality & able to work independently
  • Resourceful & possess good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Able to perform multi-tasking
  • With working experience will be an added advantage

  • SPM/STPM/Dip/Deg
  • Attitude: Willing to learn, hardworking
  • Below 30 years old
  • Able to accept fresh graduates
  • 5 working days, normal office hours

SALES ADMIN OFFICER / SUPERVISOR (RM2500 + allowances) - TAMAN PERINDUSTRIAN SUBANG
  • Preferably around 2 years of working experience in Sales Admin Support role
  • Able to communicate in Chinese language, & English fluently
  • Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant personality, mature, hardworking and must be a good team player
SALES COORDINATOR (RM3000) - BANDAR PUCHONG JAYA
  • SPM/Dip
  • Able to accept fresh graduates/ prefer with one year working experience
  • Must be hardworking
  • Preferably Chinese speaking females only
  • Willing to work Saturday halfday
Job Responsibilities

MARKETING COORDINATOR (RM2500) - JALAN SEGAMBUT
  • Coordinate daily deliveries with salesman’s and distributors;
  • Handle daily cash sales.
  • Check on daily stock availability.
  • Arrangements with transporters.
  • Key in ERP requirements.
  • Coordinate with site clerks.
  • Any other such duties assigned by Management as and when required.
MARKETING SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (RM3000) - GLENMARIE
  • Assist Section Head in marketing communication function of the division.
  • Assist in compiling, analysing and presenting sales & market data to higher management for review.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory of POSM / sales and marketing materials.
  • Coordinating sales and marketing related activities with other departments and branches.
  • Involve in the planning and execution of an integrated and comprehensive global branding and marketing activities to provide effective marketing support to BU.
  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategy and marketing plan.
  • Willing to travel, support sales representative training and participate in tradeshows upon request.
  • Develop and coordinate all marketing collaterals/ advertising/ product training materials or related communication activities
  • Dealing with advertising agencies on promotional materials development.
  • Other marketing and sales support related responsibilities when requested.
SALES COORDINATOR (RM2500) - KAPAR, KLANG
  • Responsible for pump in purchase stock
  • Handle indoor sales inquiries
  • Issue sales order, purchase order, sales delivery order
  • Plan & arrange for delivery
  • Coordinate with respective sales personnel
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned

  • To provide Sales coordination and administration support to sales team
  • Handling customer and prioritizing customer requests while the sales team is out of the office
  • Prepare and analyse sales reports
  • Liaise with forwarder, liner transporter on the arrangement of import and export shipment
SALES COORDINATOR (RM3000) - BANDAR PUCHONG JAYA
  • Assisting sales person in all admin & coordination matters
  • Generating quotations, invoices etc
  • Handling logistic matters
  • Any ad hoc tasks as assigned
