Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering.
- Required skill(s): AutoCad,Autocad Version 2000 and above, knowledge of 3-D drawing will be an added advantage.
- MUST have minimum 2 years to 3 years of working experience in commercial building structure and architecture drawing.
- Position type: 1 Year Renewable Contract.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang or Shah Alam.
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel / relocate.
- Able to start with short period of notice.
--DRAFTPERSON - BUKIT MERTAJAM, PENANG : MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2 YEARS TO 3 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE (Position type: 1 Year Renewable Contract).
--DRAFTPERSON - SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR: FRESH GRADS PREFERRED, OR WITH MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE (Position type: Permanent).
Job Responsibilities:
Draftperson, Bukit Mertajam
- Drafting of structure and architectural of commercial building drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings and coordination drawings.
- Other Ad-hoc drafting assigned by the superior.
- To carry out basic design and quantity take off project tendering.
- Provide overall drafting support.-Responsible in structure drawing, project plan and preparing plan printing.
Draftperson, Shah Alam
- Assist to key-in input inside computer programme for analysis.
- Creates CAD drawings for engineering projects.
- Copies project drawings.
- Creates manual drawings for projects.
