CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL SUPPORT) X 5 POSITION

Job Requirements

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (KLANG / SHAH ALAM / SUBANG)
  • Possess Diploma / Degree in any field.
  • Candidate with relevant experience in Customer Service or Purchasing will have added advantage.
  • Good team player.
  • Able to read & write Chinese will be a plus point.
  • Fresh graduates with related working / intern experience are encourage to apply
  • Independent & able handle difficult situations
  • Preferably someone with own transport as the location is hard to reach by public transport
EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR (KLANG / SHAH ALAM / SUBANG)
  • Diploma and above in Business Studies
  • Possess hands-on experience in sales quotation
  • Able to work independently, meticulous in Mathemathic
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is a must, both verbally and in writing
  • Fresh graduates with related working / intern experience are encourage to apply
  • Someone with Export Sales experience handling international accounts will have added advantage
  • Preferably someone with own transport as the location is hard to reach by public transport
MARKETING SUPPORT / COORDINATOR (PJS 13, PETALING JAYA)
  • Prefer Chinese speaking females only
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related field
  • Able to use basic formula in Microsoft Excel for calculations purposes
  • Willing to travel (only during events & shortage of staffs, supporting role)
  • Willing & able to work in PJ
  • Minimum qualifications, Diploma in Marketing or business Admin
SALES COORDINATOR CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (AMPANG)
  • Minimum STPM qualification with some accounting knowledge
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales Coordination works / accounting related job
  • Prefer Chinese speaking females only
  • Open for Malaysian applicants only
Job Responsibilities

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (KLANG / SHAH ALAM / SUBANG)
  • Handle client issues and enquiries.
  • To process & monitor all parts claims.
  • Handling claim investigation, replacement parts entering after finalizing, parts sending out follow up, warranty claims follow up and return deliveries.
  • Processing claim by using Enterprise II system.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate solutions were made to resolve complaint problems.
  • Ensure diligent follow up on warranty issue.
  • Perform General Administration work.
  • Compiling reports & filing documents.
  • To work cohesively with various department such as technical, sales, engineers, purchasing, logistics; internally & externally to achieve overall objective.
EXPORT SALES COORDINATOR (KLANG / SHAH ALAM / SUBANG)
  • Prepare and compute sales quotation
  • Provide assistance to International Sales Manager and ensure all enquiries requested by International sales agents are addressed within the time frame
  • Ensure product ordering, checking of pricing and quantity are recorded in the prevailing company system
  • Liaise with other departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Accounts and Warehouse
  • To assist in customer complaints or claims
  • To assist in documentation control
MARKETING SUPPORT / COORDINATOR (PJS 13, PETALING JAYA)
  • Handling all admin support in Marketing Department
  • Coordinating issues between Marketing Department & other department
  • Assisting in outdoor events (when necessary only)
SALES COORDINATOR CUM ACCOUNT ASSISTANT (AMPANG)
  • Coordinate on Sales / Services between Customers / Dealers / TSM
  • Coordinate on Sales / Services between Salesman / Technician / Manager
  • Assisting accounting work in AR portion
1) Medical Sales
  • Issuance of Purchase Order to TSM
  • Shipment Monitoring / Coordinate with TSM and forwarder agent
  • Stock allotment for sales order received and also loan for demo purpose
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Coordination works on goods delivery to customer/dealers
  • Coordination works with TSM for Warranty Claim of instrument on replacement and repair
  • Monitoring the Dealers’ Accounts Credit Limit
2) Medical Service
  • Issuance of Purchase Order for Spare Parts to TSM
  • Shipment Monitoring & Coordination works with TSM
  • Stock allotment for sales order received
  • Sales Invoicing
  • Preparation works / packing of goods for delivery to customer/dealers
  • Coordinate with TSM for Warranty Claim of Spare Parts the shipment return back to TIM
  • Helping in preparing quotation to customers (sales of spare parts and services)
  • Spare Parts Physical Stock Control
3. Accounting Works
  • Key-in payments received from debtors
  • Generating Official Receipt and Statement of Account
  • Preparation for Mailing of MonthlyStatements for both Medical & Survey section
  • Generating AR Ledger for each salesman (Medical & Survey), then email to them for collection purpose
  • Generating AR Ledger for both department, then email to the respective Manager
  • Assist in payment (issuance of cheque), staff claims or any other accounting related job where it is applicable and capable to be handle by the candidate
