- Qualifications: Prof Cert / Diploma / Degree in HRM or equivalent
- Language: Chinese, English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR & admin field, as a general HR
- Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA DAMANSARA.
- Open for Malaysian applicants only
- 5 working days, normal working hours
- Age 38 years old & below
- Matured personality & able to solve conflicts, able to work independently.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare staff monthly payroll & generate summary report for accounting entry
- Liaise with Government bodies for HR issue & ensure timely submission for EPF, SOCSO & Income Tax Return payments
- Review, update & maintain proper filing of company & staff insurance policy, corporate policy & performance appraisal forms
- Assist in staff recruitment process, including of recruitment ads, screening process,
- reviewing the skill matching of requirements, identify right candidate for shortlisting
- selection and schedule the interview appointment
- Conduct new staff orientation & induction
- Maintain & administer staff personal file
- Assist Management in developing HR policies & procedures in compliance to the company's policies
- Responsible for daily HR functions such as staff attendance & staff leaves
- Handle all employee relation, disciplinary and welfare & ensure compliance to company's rules & regulations
- Coordinate with training agency for training arrangement & maintain proper training records accord with ISO 9001:2000 implementations & requirement
- Responsible for assisting in organizing & coordinating various company recreational activities such as Employee Rewarding Function, Employees Birthday Celebration, Sport Day & so on
