HR EXECUTIVE (RM4000) - DAMANSARA / BUKIT JELUTONG

JOB REQUIREMENTS

SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE / HR EXECUTIVE (RM4000) - Section 13, PJ
  • Preferably 40 years old & below
  • System: Easypay with headcount 500pax
  • Not required to supervise any subordinates
  • Prefer good attitude, hardworking and not calculative type.
  • Degree or Diploma  in Human Resource Management or  its  related discipline
  • Minimum  3 to 4 years’ related working experience
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws & computer literate
  • Good command of  both written and spoken English
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels
  • Patient and possess empathy when handling employees grievances
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good organizing skills with the ability to time manage and prioritise

HR EXECUTIVE (RM4000) - AMAN SURIA DAMANSARA
  • Reporting under HOD
  • Supervising 3 ppl (tea lady, driver &despatch)
  • 6 months probation
  • No need to deal with foreign workers/immigration matters
  • Payroll system: Sage Easypay
  • Diploma in business studies / HR orequivalent
  • 3 -5 years related experience
  • Well versed in employment law and HR practice
  • Fluent in English and Chinese conversations
  • Preferably 40 years old & below

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3400) - DAMANSARA UTAMA
  • Candidate must possess Executive Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration with at least 3 years’ experience in HR related field.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word. Knowledge in Oracle is and added advantage.
  • Excellent communications in English, as the HR Director is a Singaporean
  • Multinational company

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3750) - PHILEO DAMANSARA
  • Preferably Chinese speaking female applicants only (Reporting to Shanghai & Taiwan)
  • MCE or SPM with at least 2 years experience.  

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3000 - RM4000) - BUKIT JELUTONG 
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in HRM or Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Social Sciences or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of hands-on experience in mainstream HR is required for this position.
  • Have good time management skills, follow up skills, able to set priorities right and meet deadlines.
  • Well-versed with the Malaysia Labour Laws & Employment Act.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and cope in a fast paced environment.
  • A high degree of commitment, professional integrity, reliable, resourceful and have strong ethics towards confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE / HR EXECUTIVE (RM4000) - Section 13, PJ
  • Responsible  for  streamlining,  formulating and  controlling  the human  resource policies,  procedures,  manuals  and  to handle  all employee-related  matters.
  • Assist in the conduct of human resource audits and surveys to prepare reports with recommendation on remuneration and benefits, human resource functions, employee motivation and rewards, etc.
  • Prepare manpower requirements, assist in the conduct of job analysis and the study of organisational structure.
  • Manage  recruitment and assessment on placement,  and  assist  in  the conduct  of induction  programmes.
  • Assist in the review and management of the performance management system, staff movement, annual  increments  and  bonuses.
  • Assist  in  the  preparation  of  proposals and  implementation  of  action  plans  to enhance human  resource system.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel records and monthly human resource reports.
  • Monitor  and  assist  in  the management  of  all  human  resource expenses  and  budgets.
  • Manage  the  payroll  system  for  timely reports / salary  payments  etc.
  • Assist   in  the conduct of  job evaluation, succession planning, competency profiling, education  schemes, etc.
  • Co-ordinate  all  internal  promotions  and transfers  within  the  Company.
  • Maintain  records  of  all  personnel documents,  records  and  files  retained  with the Human  Resource  Department  and ensure  the  safe  custody  and  effective retrieval  of such  documents.
  • Counsel and advise employees on welfare, career aspirations and personal development plans.
  • Assist  in  the  maintenance of  effective discipline  including consistency in procedures relating  to  administration  of disciplinary  action.
  • Solve employees  work  problems  and refer  them  to  higher  management  when necessary.
  • Assist superior  in  the  negotiations  of collective  agreement  with  union  officials.
  • Ensure  that  the  provisions  of  the collective  agreement  are  implemented consistently  in  the  Company.
  • Coordinate local and external training courses and evaluate the effectiveness of training conducted.
  • Liaise with various Government Agencies and statutory bodies in their requirements and establish  a  good  rapport  so  that  the Company’s  public-image  can  be  enhanced.

HR EXECUTIVE (RM4000) - AMAN SURIA DAMANSARA
  • Handle full spectrum of HR fuctions, which is Payroll, Recruitment, Employee relations, Training & Development, Compensations & Benefits
  • Co-ordinate  all  internal  promotions  and  transfers  within  the  Company
  • Also handling administrations & coordinating company events / any ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Maintain  records  of  all  personnel  documents,  records  and  files  retained  with  the Human  Resource
  • Department  and  ensure  the  safe  custody  and  effective  retrieval  of such documents.
  • Counsel and advise employees on welfare, career aspirations and personal development plans

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3400) - DAMANSARA UTAMA
  • To provide operational and administrative support to Human Resources team from time to time in all HR related activities i:e recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, payroll and employee relations.
  • Responsible to Update & maintain record as well as to verify the information in relation to
    T&D (i.e. Education Bond and Training policy or bond), Compensation & Benefits (i.e. insurance/medical claims), all types of Leaves and Payroll and Employment related record.
  • Responsible to coordinate with Payroll Specialist for timely processing of payroll and ensure timely & accurate payment of all employees.
  • Assisted in producing various reports in relation to recruitment, headcount, payroll and employee relation on a monthly basis.
  • Assisted in ensuring the data accuracy on ECN generation. This includes ensuring compliance with SARBOX requirements and ECN policy.
  • And to ensure the ECN is being generated on time basis especially on feeding the data into the system.
  • Facilitated in processing all status changes for new hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations. 
  • Ensure staff database are properly updated.
  • Organized proper record keeping and filing of staffs correspondences and documents.

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3750) - PHILEO DAMANSARA
  • The person reports directly to the HR Manager.  This position is to provide administrative support such as purchasing office supply, courier services, stationery issuance and replenishment
  • Responsible also for the following :-
    • ​Assists on day to day running of office administrative such as typing, filing, checking of invoices, petty cash vouchers and expense reports, parking, courier and dispatch services,
      postages and other ad-hoc duties.
    • Prepares all purchase requisitions and orders for all non-trade items.
    • Ensures office facilities (photocopier, fax machine, typewriter, pantry etc) are properly maintained.
    • Maintains proper control of company letterheads and all office stationery.
  • Ensures well kept of all administrative storage cupboards.
  • Updates all annual and medical leave.
  • Handles daily backup tapes for public server.
  • Assist interview arrangement and coordination
  • Handle basic payroll administration and EPE
  • Assists in any other administrative and clerical duties as and when required by department head or company.

HR EXECUTIVE (RM3000 - RM4000) - BUKIT JELUTONG 
  • Attend to all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage & administer recruitment activities & coordinate with recruitment agent.
  • Administration of foreign workers matters including hostels & all immigration matters
  • Assist the HR Manager in full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Provide support in other ad hoc HR operations tasks / projects as and when required.
