CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (FRESH GRAD, 5 DAYS, VARIOUS LOCATIONS)

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): customer service, phone answering, MS Excel.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Applicants must be willing to work in TAMAN MAYANG,WISMA PANTAI,SHAH ALAM.
  • No work experience required.
  • 5 Full-Time position(s) available.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for after sales service for return customers in accordance to the policies and procedures.
• Provide good support to sales team in daily sales activities covering from customers’’purchase orders, shipment arrangement, inventory control and prompt response to customer inquiries.
• To communicate and liaise with all concerned parties to ensure customer’s requirements are fully fulfilled as well as
standard procedures are followed.
• Reliable and good team work to achieve team’s goals.
• Responsible for sales administrative jobs and documentation.
• Provide daily, monthly and/or as and when any other report require.
• Any other jobs as assigned by the Head of Sales.
