ASSISTANT LOGISTICS MANAGER (SHAH ALAM; MORE TO OPERATIONS)

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Warehouse And Logistic Management.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SHAH ALAM, BUKIT RAJA.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Responsibilities

  • Manage to monitor Network, Card, Sales and Marketing and courier services day to day operations in accordance to SOP, company and local authority policy ie: MOF, Custom
  • Track/ Monitor the work performed at Bukit Raja warehouse, HQ and Region
  • Track, Analyze, communicate and measure KPI
  • Ensure 99% inventory accuracy levels
  • Implement total quality system (ISO9001/14000 and OSHA) in all Operations and to ensure continuous improvement is made
  • To prepare standard continuous audit (Before and After )/ Inspection for tracking, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • To monitor and ensure Contract Compliance
  • Staff performance, attendance, claims and OT monitoring
  • Timely submission of reporting and ensure accuracy of the data prior submission to HOD.
