CUSTOMER CARE EXECUITVE; 5.5 DAYS (ALT); KL; UP TO RM 5000


Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in KUALA LUMPUR.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities


  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers.
  • Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of service-related issues.
  • Accesses the company’s internal systems to obtain and extract order information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports
  • Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team. The team's objectives are
  • develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the
  • efficiency and responsiveness of the customer service department as a whole
