FINANCE & ADMIN MANAGER (Petaling Jaya, RM7000-RM8500)

  • Oversea Group-wide financial & management accounting functions as well as liaise and coordinate with other business/ division heads on management issues.
  • Formulate, review & implement internal financial& accounting controls, system and procedures, deploy effective mechanisms of management reporting and build a term of dynamic finance professionals, leading by example.
  • Structure accounting data to develop variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, business plan, cost estimates and prepare financial reports and plan.
  • Provide analytical advice on ad-hoc projects & Group financial KIP's.
  • Issuance of group consolidated annual accounts and budget plus oversight of the audit process.
  • Provide advice on taxation matters and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise and maintain relationships with financial institution and authorities.
  • Oversea general administrative and procurement matters of the holding company.

  • Possess a recognized Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Management/ Economics or other relevant disciplines.
  • Professional qualifications, certification and memberships with professional bodies such as CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, MIA, MACPA, ITA, CIA etc.
  • At least 5 years related experience in accounting, business analysis, system & internal controls, preferably in senior management.
  • Knowledge & application of cost accounting, forecasting, income, determination/ cost effectiveness, pricing, performance evaluation.
  • Ability to develop, interpret and present financial data to aid in the process of decision making,
  • Familiarity with local & international best practices and ISO 9001 would be an advantage.
  • Must be term player, dynamic, creative & able to work under pressure independently and with minimum supervision.
  • Exceptional people skills, good report writing & presentation skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels in English and Bahasa Melayu. Those who able to communicate in Chinese will be added advantages.
  • A self-starter with good interpersonal skills, a passion for excellence and the ability to provide leadership, motivation & training/ mentoring to staff.

1.Responsibilities for Service Technician/Engineer (Photo Imaging) : (Shah Alam)
  • Responsible for service associated with trouble shooting, diagnosing and repairing .
  • Wide format equipments.
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Electrical&Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
  • PREFER CHINESE MALE CANDIDATES (required to liaise with clients from CHINA).
  • 1-3 years working experience will be added as advantages.

2.Responsibilities for Service Technician (HVAC/Compressor) : (Subang Jaya/Johor)

  • Carry out inspections and tests on machinery and equipment
  • Dismantles/repairs defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
  • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
  • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring,and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
  • Technical support and customer support
  • Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience and knowledge in dryer or compressors.

  • Able to trouble shoot basic control systems.

3.Responsibilities for Service Technician (Home Appliance/Mobile) : (Kelana Jaya/Georgetown)
  • Repair Home Appliances & Home Entertainment Products and mobile.
  • Propose appropriate solution to management.
  • Collect sets from dealers' premises / send repaired sets for dealers.
  • Update customers / dealers inquiries regarding repaired sets through email & phone through system.
  • To do grading and verifying defective return set.
  • Checking dented sets.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Mobile and Home Entertainment Products - To be based at Penang Branch.
  • Home Appliances Products-To be based at Kelana Jaya,Selangor.

4.Responsibilities for Service Technician (Air-Conditioning) : (Subang Jaya)
  • Maintain, service and provide technical assistance on air conditionioning issue.
  • Provide technical support and liaise with customers.
  • Maintenance & safekeeping of all tools provided by the company.
  • Provide after sales service to  in-warranty and out-warranty complaints.

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Electrical&Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 1-3 years working experience in air-conditioning parts. 
  • Technically oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • May be required to travel outstation as and when directed.
  • Wiling to relocated in Subang Jaya.

Salary Range :
1.Service Technician /Service Engineer (Photo Imaging) - RM 2300 - RM 2800
2.Service Technician (HVAC/Compressor) - RM 2000 - RM 2500
3.Service Technician (Home Appliance/Mobile) - RM 2000 - RM 3000
4.Service Technician (Air-Conditioning) - RM 1800 - RM 2500
