ASSISTANT LOGISTIC MANAGER; 5 DAYS; PJ; UP TO RM 6000



Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in PETALING JAYA.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor & submit logistic provider’s performance against KPI report-outbound timely-ensure KPI as quotation achievable.
  • Provide feedback to service provider & initiate regular meetings to rectify logistic service problem.
  • Liaise with customer, internal and HQ to implement the strategy.
  • Analyze and report the logistic cost monthly and check, report and resolve the variances.
  • Manage PO and Liaise with marketing staff, get the order request and prepare purchase order.
  • Source the stocks from inter-company for any urgent request by customer.
  • Sales Closing-warehouse storage charges & delivery cost per category based-same day.
  • Analyze and report of stock aging.
  • Conducting Monthly & Quarterly Stock Take in 3PL Staff Management
  • Overseen the Logistics Department daily operation.
  • Manage and coach staff to form a efficient logistic team.
  • Conducts monthly review to highlight areas concern.
  • Enhance the workflow or process to increase staffs productivity.
